Therefore it is imperative that a person on a quest for whole self wellness and health must first let their spirit connect to the world in which it lives, to the earth, to other humans and to all creatures of the planet. But most importantly – one must let the spirit connect – to self.

Secondly, we likewise believe you must learn to think for yourself in order to care properly for yourself. After all, knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom. So investing in your own knowledge is paramount to a healthy existence. And trust me, you probably don’t know you as well as you might think!

And thirdly we believe in tending to the body with a vengeance. It is our earthly domain and the only one we will ever get. So physical health must obviously be a major priority.

  1. Garlic and Honey Syrup: Ingredients:
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix the crushed garlic cloves with raw honey in a small bowl.
  2. Let the mixture sit for a few hours to allow the garlic to infuse into the honey.
  3. Take 1 teaspoon of the syrup several times a day when needed.

Garlic has antimicrobial properties that can help fight infections, while honey soothes the throat and boosts the immune system.

  1. Turmeric Golden Milk: Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • A pinch of black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption)
