I don’t normally review anything but really felt like Imperial Cooling deserve a shoutout. I cannot stress how helpful they are. I am a new homeowner and know absolutely zero things about the heating and cooling systems in my home. I recently had a no heat situation on a very cold night and called around to get someone to come out and fix it. I was afraid the pipes would freeze. I’m so happy Imperial Cooling took my call and the owner came out on the night of and in incredibly cold weather! I was afraid he’d tell me that I need to replace the system or charge some serious cash to fix it because he was testing things, getting in tiny spaces, and looking very concerned. When he finally diagnosed the problem, it was something to do with my thermostat. He fixed it in no time! AND he was affordable. The charge was A LOT less than what I was expecting. Plus, he's super professional, incredibly polite, and very easy on the eyes 😉 When I am ready to replace my system, I know who I am calling.
