Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However, no two products are identical and there may be slight variations.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
The sales receipt is visible when you add an item to your cart. Once the order is placed and the payment is received, an email will be sent to you with the order information and total cost.
How can I return an item?
Please refer to the “Return & Refund Policy” at the bottom on our SCCR main page. If you are unable to find your answer there, please submit a questionnaire on the “Let’s Chat” page and our team will contact you within 48 hours.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, we will restock item(s) when they are made available to us by our vendors. if the item(s) is seasonal, it may not be restocked for quite some time. Please check back at a later to purchase the item(s) of interest.
Where can I ship my order?
Orders may be shipped in the UK mainland. We are not currently shipping outside the UK. Subscribe to our emails to receive new products, shipping updates, and keep up with SCCR’s Community & Coffee Events.
