In 1982 Roland and Deborah Tejada established Tejas Roofing & Contracting, Inc. They started their business in the Houston and surrounding areas and for 42 years have continued to service the same geographical area.
For many years they provided roofs through the Sears Roebuck system, and beginning in 1990 Tejas Roofing provided roofing services for Astroworld, continuing until Astroworld closed its doors in 2004.
Tejas provided remodeling and roofing services for 20 years with Rebuilding Together Houston , a non-profit that helps needy Houstonian homeowners on fixed incomes.
