Smithfield has fixed and upgraded my electric three times so far in the last year. He’s been professional and courteous while doing a great job. But most of all he listened to my concerns and requests while finding solutions. Very happy with his work.
I had Jake replace 3 old electric baseboard heaters with new hydronic heaters and install a new light fixture in my living room.I was very pleased with his response time and scheduling. His estimate was accurate, no surprise charges, and the billing system was very user friendly.He provided detail oriented clean work. I am extremely satisfied and would definitely use him again for future projects.
Had some issues with a socket going out after a power outage and struggle to find anyone available until I called this company. He came within a day and found the problem, it was worse than we originally thought and he had to come back the following day and fixed it promptly. Very reasonable price and great communication. Would recommend to anyone needing electrical repairs or troubleshooting
Not only was Jake from Smithfield Electric the only one to actually answer the phone, he was also courteous, professional and did great work. He installed a 30amp plug for the RV and an electric set up for a hot tub. He completed the work earlier than was originally scheduled and payment and invoicing was easy and secure. I would absolutely call them again if I need an electrical work done.
