Once upon a time, in a land far, far away (okay, it was just our hometown), two childhood best friends embarked on a journey of health and fitness. As athletes in high school, we were always looking for convenient ways to fuel our bodies with the right nutrients to perform at our best. Fast forward to college, where our busy schedules as student-athletes meant we needed quick, convenient options to stay on track with our health goals.

But what we found on the market just didn’t cut it. Either the “healthy” options lacked the protein our bodies craved, or if they did have enough protein, they would lack flavor. So, like any good entrepreneurs, we decided to take matters into our own hands.
