Our founder brings nearly 30 years of business brokerage and real estate / property (SC licensed agent) expertise to Hilton Head Island.  Combining that experience with his partners’ twenty-year background in business management consulting, Island Management Group’s goal is to fill the gap in revenue generation, exceptional service, and cost effectiveness.  We work with property owners, prospective property owners and local real estate agents to provide rental market education, investment valuations, proforma’s and sales and service support.
