Of course not, all that soup is going to spill through the gaps and none of it will get to your belly where it belongs.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>How does this apply to swimming you ask?<\/p><p>One of the more common and simple mistakes swimmers of all ages make is that they do not position their fingers and hands in a way that is going to make the pull section of the stroke most efficient.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>It really is a simple fix that one just needs to be conscious of with each arm stroke.<\/p><p>Close your fingers and don\u2019t have a floppy wrist.
