Designer Marble Colors

BroCom's key technical people have over fifty years experience in blending and formulating pigments for plastic resin compounds. We are specialists in manufacturing dry powder colors for Cultured Marble and we have produced millions of pounds of dry pigment for that one application alone.
We start with the best raw pigments available, and we test them constantly for heat and light stability, toxicity and purity. They are then dried. ground down to a cosmetic grade and surface treated to keep out as much moisture as possible. Finally, our finished product is packaged in airtight, factory sealed, five pound and one pound cartons.
We do not use LEAD pigments.

Pigments and Moisture

You can't afford to continually repair parts when they come out of the mold full of "color flairs". When pigments are simply ground but not treated, they can still absorb atmospheric moisture and produce pigment agglomerates in your mix. To prevent this, all of our pigments are mechanically ground down to a "cosmetic grade" particle size to assure uniform and complete dispersion. They are then dried and surface treated with a special "hydrophobic" (anti-moisture) chemical designed to repel any water they may later come into contact with.

whats the real cost

CatalogIf you are a marble manufacturer you should be aware that overall, colorant is usually the least expensive ingredient in your finished parts. Calculate your raw material cost for marble dust, catalyst, gel coat, wax, clay and pigments. You'll see that colorant is actually the least expensive item in the list, yet it gives your product more "impact" and visual appeal than any other ingredient. Buying quality colorants is mandatory to sucess.
Marble manufacturers use far more light colors as background or “base colors” and they use dark intense colors more as veining or “accent” colors.

PREPARE THE DETAILS

Decide on your design, colors, placements, quantities, styles, and deadline. The more information you decide before starting the process the faster we can get your job started. We welcome scheduling a meeting to discuss all details in person.

PREPARE YOUR ARTWORK

The best art is vector art. Don't have vector? We can help develop or convert designs into high quality vector for you. Send us your idea from any source and we will duplicate it as close as possible. Again details are important so please send all font names so that they can be converted correctly.

03.

QUESTIONS

Need help or don't know what information you need? Email us at info@goteamworx.com with what you have and we will help fill in the blanks. Please do not call. Email allows us to have all your information in one place and to use our online resources to help you in a timely fashion.

04.

QUOTE

Once all details are received we will get a quote for you within 24 hours or sooner. Weekends are excluded. Example: You submit a request Friday at 3:30pm you will receive your estimate on Monday during business hours. Please provide us with a little time to get back to you. Quotes expire in 30 days.

05.

APPROVE PROOF

We will not start the manufacturing process until you are 100% satisfied with the design and details of your order has been reviewed and approved. Please keep in mind that colors may appear differently on different monitors. If you need a particular color please let us know. You can come in and see what we offer anytime.

06.

PRODUCTION BEGINS

Our typical turn around is 2 weeks. If you have a rush job let us know as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do. Sometimes our customers need shirts printed by the end of the day, and we've made it happen for them.

07.

PAY AND RECEIVE

Please have payment arranged and ready at time of pick up. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, American Express, check or cash. Purchase orders are accepted from schools and government offices.
