Yes, we accept all major debit and credit cards to include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. No additional Fees.
Commercial & Residential services are billed bimonthly. Flexible payment options are available.
Holidays, Vacations & Weather
We work all holidays except:
Christmas Day
New Year’s Day
If your regular service day falls on Christmas Day or New Years Day your trash or recycling will be picked up the following Day.

We always attempt to make pickups as scheduled. If collection is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to service your area the next business day.
You are leaving on vacation, please contact our offices to temporarily suspend services during your absence. We do not credit accounts for service interruption unless service is suspended for four weeks or more.
Pick Up Area, Dates & Times
Pick times will be dependent on traffic, weather, location, etc. Your pick up can vary day to day. Our times of operations are any time after 5:00 a.m. – 12:00 PM.
We accommodate curbside trash as well as on property and even garage access, if preferred. We will collect the trash and then return the cans to their original location.
Trash Cans / Totes
Conelias refuse do not provide containers. Your self-provided containers should be (1)64 gallon tote for trash and (1)64 gallon tote for recycling per household.
We try accommodate our customers as best as possible if you are concerned the volume, please contact us so that we assist you further – Providing photos via email or text will help with our assessment
As part of our customer care, we make sure to secure your cans. If it is a windy day in Greenwich, we want to make sure your cans do not blow away down the street, once they are emptied. Look around your immediate area of property near a bush, under the tree or up against your house.
Large Items, Electronics, Yard Trash
Yes, we can take most large items with prior notice. Please call, email or text us and we will make arrangements to take your extra items – Providing photos via email or text will allow us to give you an immediate estimate
All the items just mentioned above are considered hazardous materials and are not acceptable materials for a landfill. You would need to contact THE GREENWICH RECYCLING CENTER for proper disposal guidelines for these items.
These items must be placed in black construction bags. We allow for 2-3 bags weekly at no extra cost. Anything more, you must schedule a bulk pick up and will be charged accordingly.
We offer a wide range of dumpsters that you can rent. The minimum size for such yard debris is 12 yds. Please contact us for more information.
