In a real-life story, instead of catching the real culprit, the Californian DA and justice system accused our client of the wrong acts that he didn’t even commit and tried to frame him for so many allegations, including domestic violence, abuse,  human trafficking, etc. Which led the client to imprisonment, and he faced a lot of crises in past years.

The true story mentioned above is just one of the many false and fabricated accusations that are placed on black people. They are blamed for crimes they have not committed, and the justice system is said to be biased against them, due to which they are sent to jail and have to serve decades in prison while the actual culprit roams freely.

So we have started a movement called “Blacktivism” (Activism and Black). Through this movement, we want to educate and make the audience aware of the discrimination and injustice towards the black community. Moreover, through this movement, we also aim to collect donations for our client as he spent thousands of dollars to fight the cases and to seek help from different law firms by paying them hefty amounts of money.

Furthermore, through this platform, we also want to sell the tapes for the misconduct and DA recording where the legal people tried to falsely frame him.

For People

Historically, the black community has faced systemic racism, discrimination, and prejudice that has resulted in a disproportionate number of black individuals being wrongly accused, convicted and punished for crimes they did not commit.

The wrongful conviction of innocent black individuals is often the result of a flawed criminal justice system that has been biased against black people for centuries. Factors such as racial profiling, inadequate legal representation, and biased juries have contributed to the high rates of wrongful convictions in the black community.

To address these issues, we need to work towards a more just and equitable society that acknowledges the history of systemic racism and takes active steps to dismantle it. This includes reforming the criminal justice system, investing in education and healthcare in black communities, and challenging negative stereotypes and biases against black individuals.
